Seemari in Teethwal is the last village of the frontier Border Block Teethwal of District Kupwara. It is one of the beautiful village located on bank of trans border River Kishan Ganga. The village is a beautiful tourist resort having a two Guest house Tourism & Forest Departments
The tourist village is inhabited by 187 Households, with the population of over 1000 souls.
The village has tremendous scope/potential for Eco-tourism & adventure sports including, mountaineering, trekking, rafting etc.
There is a foot bridge on the Kishan Ganga river connecting Seemari village with the PoK.
The lush green forests surround the village & presents the pristine beauty of the Village.
The most common sources of livelihood in the village is mainly agriculture.
